Upload your documents
Securely upload any supporting documents — ID, proof of address, existing certificates. We accept PDFs, photos, and scans.
Documents are encrypted immediately on upload. We'll tell you exactly what's needed and reject nothing without explanation. WhatsApp delivery is also available.
Pay your fee
A transparent quote is shown before you commit. Payment is collected via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or card.
No hidden fees. The quote includes our service fee plus any official or third-party fees, where applicable. We never mark up costs that aren't ours to set.
We handle everything
A dedicated agent handles the process on your behalf, working through whatever systems or people are involved. You're notified at every milestone.
Our agents work Monday–Saturday and have established relationships across the institutions and partners we work with. Complex cases are escalated to senior agents.
Receive what you need
Your completed work is delivered digitally or by secure courier when applicable. Your tracking code remains active for 24 months.
